Leaving promptly at 6am, the ride starts off heading East on Fairway through Palm Desert and Indian Wells, La Quinta, etc. Warming up for the first 8 miles or so before heading South and quickly accelerating to speeds of 25mph and beyond for the bulk of the ride up to Trilogy and back. Roughly 35-45 miles, solid pack riding skills are a must if you're going to hang with this group for the longhaul. Guests Welcome, average speed generally works out to between 18-21mph, no aerobars
